At St. Raphael, we offer a wide variety of Resident and Concierge Services. Please contact the management office and the staff will make arrangements, as well as supervise the service for you. We offer easy billing to your account and monthly statements. The following services are inclusive. Please let us know if you'd like to see a particular service we do not offer.

$20 per Weekly Visit
This includes running water into all drains. Checking for leaks, checking thermostats and temperature settings and checking appliances. Additional items such as Cabanas or Lockers would be an additional cost.
- Absentee Owner Vehicle Service
$40 per month per vehicle including supplies
Vehicle would be started weekly. A dehumidifying product such as “Damp-Rid” would be installed as necessary
- Open/Close Unit & Water/Power Turned On & Off
Includes turning on Electric breakers, Water, Water Circulating Pump. You may want to use this service when an outside contractor is working in your unit but is unfamiliar with how to control these utilities. If we turn it on, we will ensure it is also turned off before the end of that day. If open/closing, we would also set thermostats and storm shutters would be raised.
- Maintenance/Handyman Services
$38 per hour (minimum charge $20)
This can involve assistance with hanging drapes, fixing locks, cleaning
registers, mounting brackets and closet accessories, hanging pictures,
repairing broken items and the like.
No Charge during Office Hours; $30 After Hours
- Change Thermostat & Smoke Detector Batteries
$40 - includes batteries (Recommended Annually)
$15 per filter per quarter (Recommended Quarterly)
Includes labor and cost of basic filter
Starting at $50.00 plus needed parts for repairs

This service is desirable whenever you have deliveries or service personnel that are transporting materials to your unit. You may also want to use this service if you want contractors to be escorted during the entire time they are in your unit.
$160 for 3 large filters (Recommended every 5 years)

- Bring In or Take Out Patio Furniture
$50 if Scheduled (Based on regular weight furniture)
$150 if Emergency (Based on regular weight furniture)
When you are away, Patio Furniture must be behind storm shutters or brought into your unit at all times during the hurricane season. We are happy to schedule this for you when you are closing your unit. We can do it on an Emergency Basis, only as time allows, during the days leading up to a storm. We reserve the right to offer an estimate if furniture is unusually heavy or large.
- Lubricate Hurricane Shutter Tracts
$30 per Quarter
This includes Labor and Materials. Owners with Penthouses and extra shuttered windows should call for an estimate. This service is recommended quarterly.

$11.50 for multi-lock "blue" key (includes tax)

This is defined as services for residents that use our service on a periodic basis (weekly or bi-weekly) and the unit requires a basic clean only. Deep cleaning services for opening/closing units can be quoted if you contact the office.

This service is to assist you with household tasks such as laundry, ironing and light housekeeping. For Household Service, we ask that you be in residence and direct staff on the work you want performed.
